Iris is so silly! She was taping herself and her reactions make me laugh so hard!!

Sick princess!!

Iris has croup! Ugh! Poor thing had a rough night last night and as soon as I heard her this morning I knew instantly it was croup! So we went to the pediatrician and they gave her a dose of oral dexamethasone (steroid) to help with her inflamed larynx and it seemed to have helped!!! We have a humidifier in her room and just giving her lots of love!!! It's vital so just comfort care!

She is rarely sick so we have been lucky!!! Hope she feels better tomorrow!!

She is also 21 months today!!!!! Not a way to celebrate her monthly birthday haha. On the other hand, it was probably good bc she had hours of Barney and calliou. Lots of attention and snacks haha

Hello 2013!!!! 2012 was so much fun! Iris went from a baby to a toddler and it has been a blast watching her grow and learn!!! I am anxious to see what 2013 has in store for us!!!

We celebrated the new year with my mom and her husband and my sister and her new husband! It was fun! We ate yummy food, played games and drank lots if alcohol!!! Good laughs!!!

Today, we spent the day in pjs ALL day! I made a balsamic and garlic crusted pork roast with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes!!! Iris even ate the mashed potatoes!!!!! Maybe she will finally love potatoes! We played, snuggled, and laughed!!! The best way to bring in the new year!!!
